Event Types and Gastronomic Formats

What types of events do you organise?

We specialise in weddings (local and destination), corporate and MICE events (congresses, gala dinners, conferences, product launches and incentives), and private celebrations.

What menu formats are available?

We adapt to each event style with formats such as classic banquet, extended format, live stations/showcooking and finger-food/cocktail menus.

Pricing Structure and Service Rates

What is the price for a wedding and what does it include?

Wedding pricing usually ranges between €190 and €230 + VAT per guest, depending on guest count and chosen format. It includes the gastronomic proposal, tableware/furniture, staff and 3 hours of open bar. Transport and technical setup are quoted separately.

How are corporate events priced?

Pricing depends on service type, attendance and season (high season: May to September; low season: the rest). Transport and technical setup are not included in unit prices.

What are the rates for private events and celebrations?

The final budget depends on the selected format and number of guests. As with other services, transport and setup are quoted separately.

How much does it cost to extend the open bar?

Extra open-bar hours per guest: first extra hour +€14/person; second extra hour +€19/person.

Service Conditions, Logistics and Guarantees

What transport and setup costs usually apply?

They are calculated individually according to each venue. As a reference: weddings €650 + €300 for full service coordination; corporate/private events from €300-€400 + VAT depending on complexity and access.

How does the menu tasting work?

It is subsidised according to contract terms, but a €75/person fee applies for tastings without reservation, extra attendees, or events with fewer than 50 guests.

What happens in case of bad weather or power requirements?

We are not liable for weather contingencies. If covered space or required three-phase power is unavailable, technical tenting and/or external generator costs are borne by the client.

Reservation, Confirmation and Payment Policy

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

Booking: €2,000 + VAT upon confirmation. Intermediate payment: 50% four months before the event. Final payment: remaining amount ten days before. Final guaranteed guest count is also confirmed then and sets the minimum billable base.

Sustainability, Allergens and Geographic Coverage

Do you provide catering across all Mallorca or only specific areas?

We provide full logistics coverage across Mallorca, including hard-to-reach areas, with mobile field kitchens and full hygiene and safety guarantees.

Can you cater at any private estate or event venue on the island?

Yes. We can operate at private estates, agrotourism venues, villas and approved event spaces, adapting to each property’s specific regulations.

Do you offer menus for allergens, coeliac guests, vegetarians or vegans?

Yes. We design personalised alternatives for intolerances, allergens and vegetarian/vegan diets while maintaining our gastronomic standards.

What type of produce do you use in your menus?

Our philosophy is based on km 0, seasonal and local produce, combining Mediterranean-Mallorcan tradition with contemporary techniques.

How far in advance should catering be booked for a wedding or corporate event?

For weddings, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance (especially in high season). For corporate/private events, 3 to 6 months is usually optimal.

Where are your sales office and central kitchen located?

Our sales office is at Paseo Mallorca 38 (07012, Palma). Our central kitchen is at Carrer Francesc de Vallduví 7A, Polígono Can Valero, 07011 Palma.
