The Show Cooking offer we present is very varied, from classic paellas with our Valencian chef to an Argentine BBQ or simply a Mexican taco station to complement a cocktail-style dinner. Ask us about this service.
In addition, if what you want is a huge party, we can organize it in some of the clubs we work with on the front line of the Port of Palma, letting you enjoy the party until the early hours of the morning. Ask us about conditions and space availability.
As always, in addition to cocktail-style dinners, we offer our traditional seated dinner services with very summery new additions to our menu, such as the scallop salad or the new version of the classic pickled partridge salad that was so successful in the past. As always, the event is served by a uniformed team of La Alacena waiters (with three different uniform options available), all living up to the rigorous service standards demanded by our clients. Furthermore, this summer, don't miss out on our new station “Ca´n Joan de S´aigo” where you can enjoy a full range of unique artisanal products in Mallorca (ensaimadas, potato cocas, cuartos, almond gató, classic ice creams, etc.) at your home, just as if you were in the legendary cafeteria in Palma.
